News Release Distributed 08/26/08

Bobby H. Fletcher Jr. has been named assistant director of the LSU AgCenter’s Extension Service.

In this position, Fletcher will assist regional directors and parish chairs in sustaining local funding and will coordinate initiatives to increase local financial support. In addition, he will work in the areas of recruiting, in-service training and information exchange. He also will coordinate the LSU AgCenter’s statewide Master Gardener program.
