Plant have many parts. A plant has roots, stems, branches, leaves, flowers, fruit and seeds.
For this project, you need a plant with flowers. Weeds, flowers in a pot or garden plants are good choices. Carefully dig up the plant. Get as much of the root as possible. Look at the plant and find the leaves, the stem and the roots. Draw a picture of your plant, and label the parts.
